It was nice while it lasted
My dad had brought this nice big space heater to my apartment the other day. It really worked well during the nights where the weather dipped to below 0 and I was still awake (the day I leave a space heater on when I go to bed, no matter how safe it claims to be, is the day I deserve to die for stupidity).
But this morning, it started sounding funny then started smoking. Well, to say the least, the heater was unplugged then taken outside where it could merrily smoke without suffocating me.
My dad will be coming by later to pick it up to trash it then bring me a new one (hopefully not as old or clunky or DANGEROUS as the last.
