Well today I had two appointments, one was for the orthodontists and the other was for the doctors. This was my first orthodontist appointment, plus I haven't even been in a dentists office for two years under certain circumstances. So my orthodontist Dr. Quock, told me he would have to pull four of my teeth. All four are my molars, two on the bottom and two on the top. He also told me I have crowding (which I already knew), a slight overbite (my top teeth cover my bottom so I can't have braces on my bottom until my top is fixed), and that my mouth muscles are too tight(?) or something like that, that pushes my bottom teeth in. I know it sounds confusing, sorry. He told me that I would be wearing braces for two years, not including the time for my retainer. So yea, my next appointment is this Friday, and I'll probably be getting braces on the top before I get me teeth pulled.
Well that's it for my big orthodontist appointment, lol.
Now on to my doctors appointment, which was two hours AFTER my orthodontist appointment. Well I had to get the physicals for camp so it was basically the usual: weight, height, and blood pressure. Then there was the 'confidential' questions which she won't tell my mom: Have you smoked, done drugs, etc...; Are you sexually active, how's your diet, how often do you exercise, and yea all of those types of questions. After that she checked my breathing, eyes, ears, abdominals, nose, and mouth. She hit my knee with that thing and asked me to do this duck walk. After all that I got two shots, one was the HPV shot and the other was Hepatitis A shot. The Hep A one makes my arm sore so it hurts like hell, and the other just hurts when I put pressure on it.
