This is Dark Blood. Her real name is Jumper Bass, but she thought that it would be cooler to have her name Dark Blood. She has the unique abilaty of jumping through time and space. She is an increadable mechanic and builds all of Dark Rush's ships. She also buildt the prototypes of all of Vamp Industries car parts and machines. She is very hyper and is Dark Rush's and Shock Evil's closest friend.
