Familiar Steps chp.1 :'D

'Just like every day, I would get angry at myself for letting him get beaten up at his school; in the last grade of the Konoha Ninja Academy too! And also just like every day, he would come home with bruises, welts, and scabbed wounds on his small arms and legs- even his face.' Hidan thought with pity.

"Despicable, ignorant, snot-nosed mortal children!" He said with rage in his voice. "Why can't he be accepted like the other god-damned children at school?!" As he sat down on the couch from where he stood after his son wandered into his bedroom shutting his door, battered and bruised like usual. "******** teachers... They don't do ANYTHING! Not only does Jish have low immunity, he has his face bashed into the damn ground everyday before, during, AND after school." The silver-haired man said.

"Don't get me wrong, but I can't help him. One, I'm not employed at the academy, and two, even I was, I would be giving those kids who hurt him a lesson or two about who's son they're dealing with." The zealot said getting flustered as he fondled his necklace.

"Calm down 'hun... Another semester and school's out anyway." Elsie said.

"It's not fair what happens to him though, mother ******** are just plain stupid." She looked at him with an odd smirk on her face.

"It's a good thing he converted to Jashin before all this happened, eh dear?" Her smirk grew into a warm smile. She always looked to the positive side of things, he always looked at the bad.

Hidan sighed, "It gets tiring seeing the evidence that those little heathens are going to grow up just like their parents; ignorant and judgmental." Staring blankly at the already turned on TV, trying to calm himself.

"Hidan, dear, you knew it was bound to happen, it happened to us when we were kids ourselves. It will die off soon." She said, still holding that smile of hers on her face. Elsie crawled into his lap from where she had been sitting on the couch, nuzzling her face against her husband's neck. "He can handle it. Just let him learn, so he can grow strong like you. Besides, I hear Kakuzu is going to transfer his son to the school." Elsie said taking his right hand holding it, twining her fingers with Hidan's.

"You mean Allah? I haven't seen that little scarecrow-in-training since his 6th birthday. What a surprise to hear 'Kuzu is coming back, the b*****d." As always, the pink-eyed man scoffed at the name Kakuzu. He didn't like his partner more than someone to annoy and get money off of since those years ago, if he could persuade the stitched man to do so. Too many times failed, and too many times he got his a** handed to him. And now Allah is thirteen, his own son twelve.

"Call Kuzu what you want, but I think he's a good man. In his own morals anyways. Plus, Allah is turning out to be a nice boy, despite the fact that he has 'Kuzu's blood. That's what loving mothers are for." She said pecking her love on his cheek trying to get him to change his mind about their old family friend. "Don't you ever get tired of bitching about the past? He already forgave you, now its about time for you to do the same, Hidan." Elsie said with a flat tone in her voice, getting irritated at her husband's childish ways at forgiving his former friend for the incident that occurred at the previous Akatsuki meeting all those six years ago.

He sighed rolling his eyes, not wanting to get Elsie more irritated. He didn't want to risk a month without intercourse. "Alright... You win." The silver-haired man said finally, embracing his wife in his arms, holding her on his lap kissing her on the forehead. "Do you really mean it? You're going to forgive him?" The purple-eyed woman said with almost glee in her voice. Hidan smiled down at her, a few inches from his face. "Yes, I mean it. As soon as he gets here, I'll apologize to him."

Leaning down to kiss her on the lips, but was stopped in his tracks by her finger. "Give him a bear hug, so I can make sure you actually intend of throwing this mess behind us. Fair?" She asked with more of a demanding tone in her voice now. Hidan looked at her face blinking confused. "A... bear hug?" Said with a slight shudder. Elsie smirked evilly, "Unless you'd prefer to give him a box of chocolates and a kiss." Her light purple eyes shimmered with domination. The man shivered and gave in again, submitting like a wolf with it's alpha female pressing onto it's neck to remind it who's boss.

"Fine. I'll give him a ******** hug." saying with a fake smile on his face. He turned her head by lifting her chin up with his fingers to give her a kiss, stoking her long wavy pinkish-white hair. Before he even knew it, Elsie was turned around on his lap facing him, grinding herself down on his groin teasingly. "Good, now do you want to be whipped or have hot wax on your lower half..?"

-------- NEXT WEEK--------

Jish was walking to school in the gently falling snow, with toast in his hands taking the biggest bites he could make into the crusty bread with strawberry jam on top. He liked snow, it was always so pretty to him. Probably because he was born in mid-January, when the snow would be everywhere. Snow in Konoha is always plentiful. Seeing how all of the seasons come in on time and seemed to last forever if you're really paying attention.

The boy always walked to school and walked home after, by himself every day of the school year. One has to wonder how he avoids being kidnapped. With *****, slave marketers/traders, druggies and whatnot. For his age and his average height, he could be a good toy for some horny old b*****d, with his girlish looks and all. Thankfully his parents taught him the old, 'never talk to strangers lesson'.

You'd be surprised how much Hidan actually cares for his son, let alone someone other than Jashin.

Jish walked into the classroom finishing the last of his toast as he did. Going to sit in his usual spot in the back by the window. But there was someone already seated there; one of his bullies. He knew not to even bother with it, unless he wanted to be beaten again. The girls and the rest of the class tuned into the conversation, watching.

"You wanna sit here, witch boy?" The bigger boy said looking up at him with a mean grin on his lips. Jish looked down not meeting his gaze, submitting already. "N-no... You can sit there Yanma..." He turned on his heel, going to sit in another chair in the far right corner of the room, away from everyone else. Yanma snatched his wrist violently and yanked him back, "You think you can get away that easily?" He said twisting the bleach-blond's wrist.

Jish yelped, he wanted this to stop. But no one ever bothers helping after the other cruel boys join in. And it always took place when the teacher was absent from the room, or behind a tree in the courtyard when they went out for lunch so no one could see. He squirmed trying to get free from Yanma's grasp, only to have his other arm pinned down on top of the desk by the other boy that accompanied Yanma, his accomplice in these daily things.

Quickly, Jish kicked the second boy in the face in retaliation. "Ow! Grr, that's it, let's just break his legs this time Yanma!." he said in frustration, tightening his grip on the arm he held, twisting it hard. Jish could only hope his dad could walk in right now and scare the kids s**t less with his scythe so they'll never bother him again. Or his mom to come and take him home, to stay there being home-schooled, where he could be safe from harm.

But no, he was meant to suffer for his difference among the normal kids. Never to die, but to be close to death. "Get ready, here's your medicine for this morning witch!" He shut his ruby eyes for the pain, the kind he did NOT enjoy, nor want. But Yanma stopped dead in his tracks, some one was holding his own arm back. Jish opened his eyes slowly, what happened? Did the teacher stop him? When his eyes focused on who held Yanma's arm, they widened in shock. It wasn't the teacher, his dad or his mom.

It was a boy with stitches...
