C-c-c-cold and wet! The time is 9:31A.M. on July 7th, 2009. I knew it was going to rain, but I didn't know -for some reason, I mean, it should have been obvious, but I digress- that it would be so damn cold! It's the middle of ******** summer in Louisiana! It's not supposed to be cold, even if it is raining. I'm cold, I'm wet in spite of my umbrella, and the library didn't open for twenty minutes because their power was out. It obviously isn't out now, but still, I had to sit in the cold, being gently misted by the ran that got blown in under the big over-hang thingy at the front entrance. I might not be on to morrow, or the next day because I assume that today's weather shenanigans will make me sick before I get home. Hopefully I won't be, it's almost a certainty. The time is 9:35A.M. on July 7th, 2009.
