Hi! Well, today my mom had an early appointment with an Ear, Nose, and throat (or ENT) specialist to what we thought would be to get a biopsy done. He looked over her records and tests. Apparently just from looking at those he could tell that this was not an infection. It looks like it is cancer in the bone that's basically in her brain that might have come from her liposarcoma or tumor in her abdomen. This is not looking good! :'( We now have to talk to her oncologist to see what to do next. The doctor we saw today said if they need a biopsy (which he was really against) they would have to perform neurosurgery just for that. She still has a problem with her vertigo and has to use a cane. My dad's driving her to places because of the meds and her condition. I hope they can treat it and she'll be fine. I'm terrified of any problem that deals with the brain, so I'm probably not much help to her right now. ^_^"
On a lighter note, I finally found my old Sega Genesis games. I got to play one yesterday. It was awesome! I'm surprised it still works. The only problem was the buttons stick more, apparently I just need to be more deliberate with them. The one I played was the oldest game, in fact it came with the Sega. It was Sonic the Hedgehog 2. I still can't get all those chaos emeralds! I can get most except the last 2. Of course, the game itself seems incredibly easy to me. I can do the whole game in about 40 minutes, and that's leisurely! I remember when I first got it, it took me hours to figure out each level. That was when I was like 10 though! Ecco the Dolphin's a whole different story! I don't think I've ever finished the game. wink I know the farthest I've been was the last level. Stupid aliens! I should try it today! Anyways, it's still fun to me!
