It wasn't as great as I expected though.
It may have had some of the greatest characters, (I Mean, don't tell me I'm the only one who cried "******** YES!" When they saw Mr. Game and Watch, Right?)
I was disapointed about some of the choices they made though. Some opinions:
Toon link? What the ********? He's the exact thing as Link! He needs to be drop kicked out of the next SSB.
Lucas. At first I wanted him to go, but seriously, how many Earthbound/mother characters do you think will make it into SSB? neutral
Falco and Wolf-
Well, Falco should go. Don't get me wrong, I really like Falco, I like him more than Wolf, but he's just not as important. Wolf is Fox's rival. Moar important. Need moar bad gaiz.
Ganondork-
No one likes him. Captain Falcon Clone
On that note, I Have a list of characters I want or would like to see in the next SSB.
They aren't in order yet, but I'll order them once I think about it for a few days.
So lemme repeat it. THESE AREN'T IN ORDER.
Stafi/Stafy/Starfy
What ever the ******** you call him, by his Japanese name, Englified Japanese name or his english name, he needs to be more than just an assist trophy.
I'm thinking, obviously for his main B Attack would be his star spin, down B maybe his shooting star. Forward B, he teams up with his clam buddy, Kyrosuke or Moe and they both spin rapidly diagonally upwards, which happens in Densetsu no stafi 4. Gliding. He can glide.
Also, the ability to NOT DROWN. Smash attacks, Jabbing like he does in Ultra star spin.
He's a star/starfish. Starfish don't drown, do they?
And for Final Smash, MONSTAR.
Seriously.
A Dragon that breaths fire. It would be perfect. If not Monstar, maybe Roostar or Starfright.
Not Starpedo. ******** Starpedo.
Taunt: The Stafy Dance. (Can be seen HERE)
Other stuff: (I picked this off IGN Because I agree with it 100%)
Stafy gets KO'd around Peach percentages.
Stafy can speak, but is often portrayed as being able to only say "Fee!"
In commercials, Stafy is voiced by Satomi Korogi and sounds very similar to the two pokemon Pichu and Togepi. This would make voice acting for Stafy in Smash Bros very easy.
Stafy is pretty much always happy. He even looks humorous when getting beat up.
Stafy's character entrance / on-screen appearance is him falling from the sky and crashing. He does this at the start of every Stafy game.
Stafy has the ability to swim much better than other characters (except Squirtle maybe). This helps in levels like Delfino where there is water below the platforms. He can't swim forever (that would be extremely cheap), but he can swim a bit longer and faster before sinking to the bottom.
Kirby gets a little star point on his head and more circular eyes when he swallows Stafy.
Stafy's icon would be the star pearl things he collects.
Knuckles the Echidna
I noticed a lot of people wanted Tails in SSB. Tails is cute, but pretty useless.
Knuckles ftw.
For his A attacks, just simple punches.
Main B Attack, A Charged Punch, sort of how Donkey kong does, just without swinging.
Forward B- Something with Shovel Claw, if you've heard of it. xD
Down B- A Drill maybe? Spinning both arms into a drill or something pointy may be pretty original and actually pretty cool.
Up B- a Swinging Uppercut, sort of like Kirby, except without a sword.
Smash Attacks: Uppercuts, Punches, maybe a charged spin, breakdancing style.
Final Smash: Since most FS's are Non-related to the games or series, I'd go for a Firey Punch, He locks onto an opponent, he charges his punch and he smashes into the enemy with his fists burning.
Eheh, sorry I'm not that creative.
I can't think of much else, Besides the fact he'd be a heavy hitter and a middle/lightweight.
Spyro the Dragon
Who doesn't love this purple guy?
He'd also get a pretty good moveset.
B- Fire/Ice/Electric Breath Like in Enter the Dragonfly.
Forward B- Maybe a slam, Sort of like Peach but with less a**?
Down B- A Dive. Spyro Flies into the air and dives back down.
Recovery: Flying. Obviously.
Smash attacks: Headbutts, dashes etc.
Gliding of course.
Final Smash: I'm still trying to think of something for him.
IT HAS To do with either Sparx. Not the new gay sparx, the one who just made the bzzz, bzz bzz noise.
Like a blast of energy or something. mad
Koopa Troopa
Alright, before you start laughing and go, "IS THIS A JOKKEEEE?"
It's not a joke.
I'm way past ******** serious.
For a B attack, He could take off his shell and throw it. Sort of like a green shell, but more powerful.
When it hits it'll stun.
For recovery a recovery like yoshi's, the air stairs considering how fast Koopa run.
For Down B, He could go inside his shell and spin around the stage, like squirtle, but it could hover.
Forward B could be a golf club, or something from a spin off game.
For a Taunt he could take off his shell and wave it.
And for Final Smash, he could transform into Paratroopa And bombard players with red shells.
Mashtooth
Alright, If you didn't know, Mashtooth is the final boss of Story mode in Densetsu no Stafi,Taiketsu! Daiiru Kaizokudan!/Legendary Starfy
I Swear, I can't find one goddamn picture of him anywhere.
Anyhow, He's a Space pirate. I realized his moveset would be perfect for super smash bros.
For his Main B, He could throw space rocks, like he does in DnS5.
For Down B, Lightning could strike, just like in DnS5.
Forward B Could be a charged jab of his sword.
Recovery, he'll blow wind from his nose to hover in the air. I got this concept from DnS5.
And for Final Smash, Mega Mashtooth. He transforms into this after he swallows Rampa/Bunston, which gives him the ability of super strength and he now has wings, so he could shoot multiple bolts of lightning and fly around the stage.
For Smash attacks, Charged Punches and Swipes and jabs of his sword.
He'd be a heavyweight, considering his size.
A Powerhouse.
Slow.
His Taunt would be his grunt/growl evil laugh thing. You could probably find it on youtube.
His Entry could be him pulling out his sword.
