"EX-friend"

It's hard to understand,
Why don't you stay to give me a hand?
The world has been too hard on me.
Why can't I ever be set free?
You should know how I feel, You know how I am,
I wish you wouldn't go behind me and stab me in the back.
I thought we were friends, friends until the end,
But you left me all alone, all alone in the wind.
I don't feel good right now, I think i'm going to leave,
Because that's what you did to me, that's only one thing you've achieved.
I really hate you now, so get away from me,
Nothing's going to change, You are nothing to me.

"Happy turkey day"

It turkey day. gobble gobble.
I tried to make the turkey, all it did was jiggle and wobble.
Then I made the cranberry sauce, that turned out strange.
I wanted to make the stuffing, nothing seemed to change.
No one wanted to eat, but I made sure they did.
They knew I was too young to cook, they said I was a "kid".
Next year for Turkey Day I will be more sure.
That if someone eats my cooking I will surely have a cure.

"Christmas day"

Opening your presents on Christmas Day.
What a joy, you can't wait to play.
Going outside to the crisp sowny air.
Your hands are cold from snow angels, but you don't really care.
Next you have warm food waiting for you inside.
You run in so fast you and your sister collide.
The family is here and you all say "grace".
I want to go outside again so I pick up my pace.
The food on my plate is gone.
I run out to the neighborhood pond.
It is all ice and perfect to skate.
But there is already too many people, you've come to late.
It's okay It'll be there tomorrow anyway.
But it won't be as special as skating on Christmas day.

Your hand in mine,
It feels so warm.
I thought love would
take longer to form.
A kiss, we haven't yet,
I'm anticipating, but need to get...
Some sympathy,
You give it to me.
I care, you care,
We both share..
A kiss.
The moment was right,
I love you so much more.
