i need help so plz comment

ok so theres this girl i met in middle school and she dosnt look that good but she isnt the worst looking but everytime i see her or even think about her i get this warm fuzzy feeling in my chest and just yesterday somewhere around 8 my time i saw her at quiznos with her mom and bro and i see her in church on sunday and i just wish i had the guts to ask her out i never had this feeling b4 eccept when i was in school but it's only for her i keep thinking she is my soullmate but then my friends tell me that im just confusing love with lust but...idk i honestly think she might be "the one i spend forever with"plz help
