Can I vote for Bethesda making Morrowind II?

I was rather disappointed with Oblivion. Morrowind had more depth, more stuff to do and some of your decisions (admittedly not many) actually affected the game. Oblivion just ran on rails. I didn't find any alternative paths to follow which didn't end with some variation of 'You chose not to kill the guy, did you, Player 1? Quest stops here kthx.' There wasn't a lot of RP in the G (fo' shizzle). Oblivion had better controls and smoother graphics (I don't want to say 'better' because while they were more detailed, they were a lot more inexplicably shiny (thx HDR lighting) for something purporting to be aiming at realism and everything was a bit samey) but there wasn't much to do and there wasn't much reward for exploring because every dungeon was pretty much the same as the last and most of the decent loot was kept locked up in containers labelled 'Steal me, please'. Also, [insert argument about shiteness of Beast Races in Oblivion as compared to Morrowind here].
I finished Oblivion in about a fortnight and I've only tried going through it once more because it plays out the same way every time and I got bored fairly quickly. I'm still playing Morrowind today. I'm hoping that the eventual release of Nehrim will turn Oblivion into a more worthwhile game as long as that release happens before I stop caring.

Fallout 3 seems to have a number of similar problems to Oblivion but it does also seem to offer more quest variety although I have yet to explore this although, even though it may be worth playing more than once, the main game is too short, just like that of Oblivion and I am poor and cannot afford the 25063794576567 Fallout 3 expansions at the moment. I want more game for my money. (It reminds me a little of the Sim's policy of selling half a game and then adding more stuff through expansions, rather than releasing a bigger game with more depth initially.)

I'd rather play a TESV which has the depth of Morrowind where choices affect the game and has better controls and graphics like Oblivion but which doesn't spend half of the quest-making budget on HDR lighting and make a game which can be finished in the time it takes to boil an egg.
