As you all must know, at midnight, it became the year 2006.
Although I don't really like to celebrate it that much.. Whats the point?!
It's just a change in numbers.
It doesn't really mean you'll become a better person for following your new year resolutions.

Onto the journal-esque part of this post.
Last night I went to my mother's friend's house.
It was extremely awkward because of how I was too old to socialize with the small people, and too modest and undrunk to socialize with the adults.
The adults were almost smashed when Dennis started to try to set me up with his 19 year old son. A plumber. Who's greatest ambition in life is to lose more braincells.
SingStar proved a hit with the drunken adults. Twas painful.
Ooh yeah. At midnight, everyone screamed and went around hugging and kissing eachother. It was awful, I didn't even know half the people who hugged me.
Then Amy's boyfriend tried to kiss me. >.<
I'm like.. "Uhh.. Nah..."
He's Joel from year 11. >.< Really popular.
I didn't want to catch any diseases that would've been passed onto him from Amy.
