Ways to make a Fool of Yourself
Last weekend I was one of the lucky people to win tokens.
Like usually I went to play Slots, actually just out of boredom and also to see if I can maybe make more out of the tokens.
When I picked a room, once more I had to notice, that it was a role playing room, where people who weren't interested in playing slots at all, hogged the room, maneuvering everyone out of the room who didn't want to participate.
I didn't pay intention to the chat at first, but when I did, I saw that they were trying to troll and insult me. I just kept quiet since I found it rather amusing seeing those people making fools out of themselves.
First it was just one person, but soon the others joined in. Suddenly they forgot all about their role playing and enjoyed way more the new possible victim they found. While all this, I didn't say a single word, and just kept on watching, wondering where they picked up this huge amount of stupidity.
Then I decided to post the conversation on the forums, and as expected all that was returned was more insults/flaming/dumb comments (or however you wanna call it) from the other forums users. To see their reaction when they read their own stupidity, I posted the link to the newly created thread in the Slots' chat, and guess what:
The one who had started it suddenly, for a few moments, became all nice and asked nicely if I could leave the room, just to continue the insults later on, and the others just flamed even more after reading it.
So I am asking myself now:
Who are they to tell other people to leave a public room, and why are they so dumb not to set a password for the room if they do not wish others to enter? Why are they not smart enough to go to a different place where they would be left alone, like in their houses, and not use up the space for people who would like to enjoy what those rooms are made for: playing slots/cards/what so ever? It's like going to the bakery to have a chat and then telling all the customers to leave cause they do not wish to participate in it. Has the IQ dropped this badly withing the past 10 years, that they aren't even able to think of the simplest logical solution? How come they feel so excited about putting someone down, who is not even responding to them, not bothering with their stupidity and just minding his/her own business?
I guess I will never find the answers, unless one of them is blessed with intelligence suddenly and answers them.
