I didnt think anybody else got this movie!!! Happy happy happy yes!!! someone else other than myself gets this movie!!! Okay help me understand the reason why he had to go back to his bed and 'allow' the plane to crash and kill him? I know it has to do with the time loop thing. And if he didnt go where he was supposed to be at then the girl would get killed and he would've upset the original timeline or something like that. MMmm am i making sense?

yes. but the time line was ok, UNTIL he left his bed when the engin hit. that is what upset everything. then he realized it and stayed. he knew if he stayed the time line would go on with no more problems... that's what HE thought. then the movie S. Darko happened. his little sister Samantha goes threw the same thing. not as good as the first but still as much of a head trip.
