My Random Dairy
~Swimming Team~
I went to the thing for the swim team to where we pretty much just work out. I got two lovely centimeter long callouses on both of my palms~ lol It was this thing where we had to go across the hallway with just are hands and our body suspended. It was terrible! It really hurt my back, and made it sore. T-T

After that, I lifted weights. It was pretty easy. My back was a big problem though, cause it was aching so bad from the crawls. after I got a bit into the lifting, the teacher, Satin (that's his nickname; tryouts, which I'm not even doing yet, is suppose to be hell on earth....), told us it was time for kicks. That was really easy if it wasn't that my back was bent in a painful way, which made the aching worse. But my legs are pretty strong, so keeping them kicking for 4 minutes was fine.

I met a girl after a while. We became friends kinda, and she helped me with what I needed to do, and what the stuff was. I had to do these jump-drop-down things which was like a pull up, but you jumped up, and let yourself down as slow as you could. I was getting really scared, cause every time I went to drop down, my body started going back. (that's how I broke my arm in elementary school. my body went back and my hands lost they're grip and I fell) I told them my fear, and even started getting really emotional. It was embarrassing to, cause Satin and another guy were just sitting there facing me. the girl helped me by holding her hands out to keep my legs from swinging forward. It was still hard to let myself down. Satin told me I was suppose to fail on the first few days, maybe even weeks. =O I was happy, though. I got my body to go right eventually, and I fought my fear.

The girl was really helpful though, and encouraged me to do "Mind over Matter" whenever the weights started to get unbearable. She told me to think of swimsuit season, and having a hot body, so I did. It helped a lot. I prayed a bit, which helped a lot as well. =3

But all day today my body has been sore as crap! It hurts to move so much. The crawls were suppose to strengthen mainly your abdomen, but I didn't feel anything but my back aching when i was doing them. All day today, though, my stomach has been aching and aching, along with my arms. I couldn't even finish my meal at the family reunion today. My arms are starting to get a little better, as long as I don't stretch. lol

That's all for now though. I'm going to another family reunion tomorrow, so I'll type about that one and the one today in a journal entry tomorrow, if I have time. If not, then I'll do it Monday.

Thanks for reading~

Yeah.... Monday was a bit easier, cause it was just a lot of jumping. but when we had to switch our legs really fast, I kept falling and loosing my balance. and then we did ab circuits, and I couldn't even lift my legs when we had to hold them up in the air. I started crying a little. I want to do this so bad, Ty, but it's so freaking hard. It's like the Marines thing we talked about in Lit. I'm to much of an emotional rec for me to try something new and It start backfiring. T-T
I need a friend in there that I know that won't just tell me "Don't tell yourself you can't", "Mind over matter", "Anything is possible". I need someone that knows ME, not what they've accomplished. >=(
Oh well I'll stop ranting in the comments. lol
Love you~
*hugs*
