Dai and Arsene = <3
Dai and Arsene.
I think with my development of my OC who calls Jigen 'Dai' constantly cause of his last name and their past together.
For Arsene....I've always called him that. Lupin on occassion but more Arsene...don't know why...just has a nice ring to it, I guess. It's pretty. Like the faint eminent glow of a ruby caught in the sunlight. I like it.
It's funny though....sometimes in Lupin the Third they duke it out with gun on gun, sometimes with something else if need be.
In Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles, Dai's voice actor Christopher R. Sabat (WHO IS A ROCKSTAR (will tell why later)) takes on the voice of Kurogane while Lupin's voice actor, Sonny Strait takes on other charas (Ex.: In the Hanshin Republic, he takes on the voice of a gangster, Kanyo).
Now the weird thing is - these two charas, Kurogane and Kanyo duke it out like Jigen vs. Lupin only Kurogane uses a blade (kudan) and Kanyo uses a kudan. In both series they manage to use the same weapon as if to test who's better at controlling their weapon.
IT. IS. SO. COOL!!!!!!!!!! ^^
Ok now for Christopher R. Sabat being a rockstar - the anime Solty Rei, HE DID A CRAPLOAD OF WORK IN IT. He's a voice actor, some sort of producer or director, but still compare that to what he's done in Lupin the Third...it's alot. Then again he also did alot in DBZ as Vegeta, Piccolo, and a few others but still - the MAN IS A ROCKSTAR! ^^
Also! In Solty Rei, what weapon does his chara have? A KICKASS GUN. It's like Jigen's gun only more vamped up....oh God attempting to handle that gun....awesome. XD
It's funny though cause he tries to keep the charas all like...low key like. Jigen like...he's...like...not solidtudious but like...a loner yet he has Lupin, Goemon, and sadly the Fujiboobs. Jigen also like....you can tell the man has emotion with not only girls but also passion in how he handles his gun, etc.
Vegeta is like: Cocky but also - I KICK YOUR @$$ SO BEWARE OF ME - only to fall in love with Bulma and have 2 kids. XD
The dude he plays in Solty Rei: *to Solty* GO AWAY. -___- Deep down he likes her and doesn't want her to get hurt, he obviously cares about her he just doesn't want to show it.
Piccolo: I'm green, Gohan's trainer, and I kick @$$ so beware of me too. -___-...I also have friends. Yeah.
Kurogane: Look, I'm not helping I just want to get back to my world cause I only work for Tomoyo. She's the one that matters, not you. - He winds up helping and trainign Syaroan.
Like...the charas...they're the same/not the same but somehow they just rock. XD ^^
