Many years have past, the little girl was slowly, but gracefully coming of a age. She was the oldest of her siblings but was far different than them. She had raven hair, they had blond/brown hair, she had skin as white as snow, their was tan or 'normal', she was tall and thing, they where small and slightly thick. She didn't understand why she was different from her little siblings but her mother always remind her that she got it from her great grandmother. The girl simply sigh dropping the ball and walking away from her playmates. It was school time for her, her parents are at work, her siblings in other classes. Here, in her town, she was an outcast, she doesn't understand why, but still too young to know.
After school was over she would have to wait for her three younger sisters all of which are triplets matching both of their parents. "Starlit?" the young girl turn to see a ghostly pale woman. The woman's clothes where torn and ragged as if she was attacked by an animal. Starlit step back, frighten of the woman's appearance, then someone grabbed her hand.
"Stury..whut's wrong?" the eight year old asked, it was Rose, the youngest of the triplets. Starlit turn to look at her then back at the woman, but the strange woman was gone. She felt the grip of Rose's loosen then feeling her small hands wrapping around her's. Starlit turn back to look at her, Rose's hair was short and brown with eyes matching, but something wasn't right.
"Where Angel and Marry? Did the teacher hold them back because they where doing something wrong?" Starlit had to ask, already knowing Rose's answer. The girl nodded using Starlit's thin back to escape her gaze. Starlit then let out a heavy sign and work Rose home, she knew she'll have to go back and get Angel and Marry.
Once the two reached home Starlit slowly shut the door leaving Rose home alone for only 5 minutes. Surely the teacher won't keep them late or would he? Starlit pondered on that thought as she was walking back, unaware of four watchful eyes.
"That's a very frail looking girl master, shall I eat her?" Starlit looked up to see a man and a cat resting on the man's shoulders. She didn't knew who the voice belonged to, but she believe it was the man. "What is it girly? cat got your tongue?" Starlit blinked and the cat was literary holding her tongue, the cat smiled like the one from Alice in wonderland. The cat was resting on her shoulders, her tongue was being pull father away from her mouth, pain gripping at her. Starlit feared that the monster might rip her tongue right out.
"That's enough Muggle. You know it's against the law to kill a newborn witch." the deep voice belong to the man, addressing the cat as Muggle. The cat purred before letting go of the girl and gracefully jumping onto the ground. His hips swayed as he walked towards his master.
"I know, I know, but she just reaks with magic and power. Perhaps the great bags of bones was right..." the cat didn't say anything else, turning his head to look at Starlit, the grin was still, hauntingly.
She watched as the cat named Muggle jump onto his owner's shoulders. The man, step forward, scared, she step backward, this appears to amuse the man, but he stop. Steady, but scared eyes laid on his hand, pulling out a rather old book and tossing it to her. "It's for you from a special someone.." the man said. The book landed near her feet, about two inches away. She looked down, wondering if it was a trap, she was about to ask, but the man and the cat was gone. Unsure what to do, Starlit pick up the book and hurried after to get Angel and Marry.

"Can't believe that bag of bones is a looker when she's ten years old." Muggle said, licking his paws.
"Our deal with the witch is done Muggle, now the deal is done and the debt is paid. Time to go back to our time." he man said, casting a portal. The cat yawned.
"I never thought she was in this era, now I understand why shes the way she is.." they walked into the portal, closing it behind them.

She stood on top of her bed, everyone was asleep and her surprise party has past. The old book lay on her wooden blood, unopened, but her mind wanted to know what inside it. Her lights were off, but strangely, she could see it perfectly fine. Carefully getting onto the floor, Starlit press her frail fingers on the book, feeling power within it....
