Ha ha ha! My ideas have not crumbled, I still do not support pornography!

However, that's a personal preference of mine. If sitting in front of the comp all day looking at porn will keep people from raping someone, then that's a relief.

Although, I wonder if there is any studies being conducted or have been conducted on cyber rape or online sexual harassment/solicitation

I'm currently studying Computer Mediated Communication and I'm going to be writing a research paper on Social Information Processing Theory

most 'research' is slanted against the Internet being a medium for creating strong relationship bonds, however SIP goes against conventional thinking about relationships and CMC and demonstrates that it is possible to develop intimate interpersonal relationships online

so it would be interesting to know what CMC researchers have to say on the subject of cyber sex and rape

personally, I had known someone who had been raped online

it was rather confusing for me, because unlike a real rape, you can block/ignore an individual as well exit out of whatever chat room or forum or page your in/on

Well, as they say, a tiger that is satisfied otherwise will not attack any villagers, but should some fool take away its normal food supply... Besides, if you just simply don't like it, that's fine. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But if someone tries to force their opinion upon others and tries to drive pron from existence, then that's when I shall try a "counter-crusade" to try to destroy their crusade.

HAH! I told my Health teacher that was bull s**t. He said "Why do you think people who rape or are ***** become that way? Probably from watching porn an s**t all their lives."

And I was like, "Really? Because rape is about someone feeling the need to be in control and humiliate another person, most likely because they were molested themseleves orhave other problems relation to control. Do not place the acts of others on porn. That's like saying 'If a child plays war video games then they're gonna be a serial killer when they grow up.' So HAH Mr. Moody!!!"

I got in a bit of trouble for that one. But it was so worth it. I have no opinion of porn myself, do not like nor dislike, think it is wrong or right. It's how some people make a living and, hey, if they wanna, then all the more power to them. If they have the acting skills an the body for it, then by all means, do what you want. I have no right to judge.

Tell your close-minded fool of a health teacher that the reason that most (OK, I admit not all) people that are perverts and ***** are the way that they are is the same reason homosexuals are the way that they are. They are born that way. A leopard cannot naturally change its spots. As such, H-games actually satisfy their "hunger", so they do NOT go out and rape someone real (at least that's the case for me). But should one take away a tiger's normal food supply, one cannot guarantee the safety of any neighboring villages...
