A tortured scream echoed across the courtyard.
I knew that voice, the one in so much pain that sounds as if its very soul was being wrenched from its owner.I ran toward it,hitching up my many skirts as the satin shoes kept slipping on the cobbels beneath my feet. I reached the courtyard...only, the scene i had pictured in my mind was not to be seen. Instead I saw the the tip to a dagger. Its blade sparkled wickedly as if it had captured all of the burning stars in the sky above us. Baffled, eyes wide with surprise, i looked at the one holding it at me.
A shock of dark hair covered the eyes that i had looked into so many times, just gazing at the beautiful lapis color that resided there. He made a strange noise at me and lifted his head.His eyes, always cheery and playful, were now sad and tear-filled,.
"I love you," his voice caught on a sob and he paused.I let out a little gasp and started to go to him at the sudden realization of what he had said."I'm sorry,"he told me now in a chocked little whisper that was so soft i wasn't sure if i had really heard it. I stopped, confused, then he lunged at me.

ok i know not my best work for those of u who have read my other stuff but on my defence i had an awesome first draft of this but i dont have it with me at the moment ill come back and edit this into the right thing but till then comment and tell me 'bout it! if yall like it i might finish it who knows......?
