Well, I've come to realize that some of you may be curious about who I'm 'Interning' for.

Well, you don't know.
Seriously, no one knows.

They're the 'UOG', or the Unknown Organization of Gaia, and no one really knows what they do, why they do it, or how.

and I'm an intern there.

The UOG has finally gotten to building itself a guild center. I'm sitting outside, watching the leader, LunarShinobi, run around, setting about division headquarters, furnishing the main room, and trying to get Sub Par Porn (He manages the Party Division) to keep his pants on.

The UOG is going to be a large building, with several divisions. From my observations it's a rather sizeable guild. It's obvious, just looking at it now, that there aren't enough of us to run all the divisions that there's room for...

Okay, Back. I just asked Lunar, and she informed me that she'll be running the extra forums until she gets bored and makes more mules. Well, okay then Lunar. Okay then.

I'm a little miffed at still being an intern. I mean, I'm as good as the others! And more fully dressed than Sub Par, I might add. but Lunar wants me to stay an intern since it pisses me off. FREAKIN HELL!!!!

So, it's rather interesting watching a guild come up. There's a lot of digital code flying around, and glue, nails, metal bars that go who knows where, and it's all done by one person, Lunar.

Historically, most building projects are done by at least 5 people. But most guilds in Gaia are built by one person, the Guild Captain, and maintained by anywhere from that one person, so several people, like our guild.

It's even more amazing when you figure in that some people work in not just one guild but many, and they can still keep guilds come and running correctly.
