It was this place again, this beautiful, intoxicating place. Price had never seen such a lush meadow. The grass was as thick as carpet, the flowers scattered perfectly to give the perfect mix of scents. There she was, standing in the middle of this wonderland. Price was smiling, she was happy and felt very content here. It always started out this way, happy at first, then something bad always follows. Fear started jabbing at her until she saw him. A tall, handsome man walking towards her. He was smiling and kind looking, but who was he? She had never seen him before. She started to speak but as soon as her lips parted to say something he was standing in front of her. He moved fast, inhumanly fast. His hands caressed her face as he smiled down at her. His icy blue eyes sending chills down her spine. A low growl escaped his lips, seeming to start from somewhere inside his chest. His eyes were no longer on her, they were staring behind her. But that sound, it sounded like...a dog? Before Price could turn, the man before shuddered and turned into a beast, a wolf. A giant wolf capable of standing on its two hind feet. "She must die..." The words seemed to float around her in a cold mist. The wolf before her started to move, but it was like everything was slow motion, except what was after her. She felt a sharp pain through her back and cold hands against the back of her neck. The last thing she remembered, was hearing the wolves pained cries and howling at the full moon.

Price woke up in a cold sweat, panting heavily she sat straight up. It didn't take long before she noticed the warm tears streaming down her face. Glancing out her window, she noticed one thing. There was a full moon out. She gave a quiet, humorless laugh. This dreamed only happened on full moons. Why? Price plopped back down and closed her eyes, willing her self to calm down and eventually, her shaking stopped and she settled back in for the night. The next day was going to be busy, she worked as a waitress at a bar and Saturdays were always hell, always busy.

She smiled politely as she took peoples orders at the bar. She could wait on tables, but something told her that today people would only succeed in putting her in a foul mood. The less social, less happy people always sat at the tables or booths. The more cheerful and pleasant seemed to hang around the bar area. Maybe it was the alcohol. Who knows? All of a sudden, a warm feeling came over her. It was very familiar. This feeling even had a smell, it smelled like the meadow in her dreams. She almost dropped the pitcher in her hands when her searching eyes found him. The man from her dreams. He wasn't even looking at her and she decided maybe it was best if she didn't acknowledge him. Something said stay away but something also drew her to him. Like a little planet stuck in another's gravitational pull. She went to the other side of the bar, giving the man his pitcher and kept glancing at the man. Deciding she wouldn't go over unless he called her over. Price hoped he wouldn't take an interest in her, but at the same time, she wanted him too.
