Chapter 1
Chapter 1
Rayne walked through the destroyed village. This example had shown him how dangerous the Titans really were. He saw a glistening object piled under rubble and went over there to check it out. He cut through the rubble with his blade of stygian ice. He found an amulet, not unlike the one his friends had before the attack. He walked on, viewing the destruction of the surrounding area. "This is terrible." He whisper in horror. He had never seen so much death and destruction in an area. He walked out of the city and jumped onto his Pegasus, launched into the air, and flew to his hometown. It was yet another casualty of war. The city was completely demolished, everything was gone. Cars were destroyed and many people were left for dead. The Titans didn't joke around.

Heth heard someone approaching and stood on edge. He wasn't used to people coming into the city, in the sorry state it was. He peeked out of his hiding place to see someone with a blade of stygian ice and a Pegasus. It was not uncommon to see a loose pegasus, but it WAS uncommon to see one in a destroyed city. He looked around just quickly enough for the man to see him. The man had blood red eyes, and clothes matchng his eyes. His hair was black with blood red streaks in it.

Rayne had seen someone look at him. He thought it came from a particularly suspicious pile of rubble. He went around it and saw the man. "Hello. Who are you?" He said. Heth trembled and said "Hello. I am Heth." Rayne looked around randomly and pulled out the amulet. "Is this yours?" He asked. Heth nodded and Rayne gave it back. Yet when it left his hand, he recognized it. It was the Amulet of Gods, given only to the descendants of the Gods. "Come, before the Titans figure out you are here." He hissed quitely. This frightened Heth, but he did what he was told. He got onto the Pegasus, and heard Rayne whispering something to it. It whinnied and took off, running faster than anything Heth had ever seen. Heth turned around and Rayne nodded, as if to reassure him that everything would be okay.

Safirixia sat impatiently, waiting for her master Kronos to tell her what her next mission was. She yearned to be out and about again, hunting the descendants of the Gods. She herself was one of the Original Descendants of the Titans. Her weapon, in many ways, was much like her master's. It was a large 10 feet scythe forged with celestial bronze, stygian ice, and demi-god blood. Her hair was pitch black, and her eyes weren't that different. The only difference was that there was a tinge of red in it. Suddenly, her master spoke, saying "Go hunt down a descendant of the Gods who's name is Heth. He is riding a Pegasus." She nodded and hurried out. She jumped on her pitch black Pegasus and flew out. She scried the area, he wasn't there. It was unlike Kronos to send her out on missions out of the area. Maybe she had finally proven herself. She crossed the boundary line and scried the area. She swore and said "He still isn't here."
