my shoulder was killing me. and it had spead. it felt at first like someone was sticking their thumb deep into my shoulder. sharp yet dull. strong and thick and it would twist. now it spread. now it was my shoulder and my ribs. it hurt to breath. i breathed in and felt the unbearable pain and blew out as fast as i could.
