Who she is:
Alexa grew up under the watchful eye of her older brother, even more so than her parents. Truth be told, he spoiled her. Her brother was always there when she needed him and still she relies on him for more than she'd like to admit.
Her older sibiling was tireless in his efforts to care for her and she is, at times, a little selfish with his attention. However, his help was taken slightly more begrudgingly as she grew older, and particularly as she started to discover dating. While young adulthood had earned her a new found popularity with the boys in her school, she spent so much time with her brother that other males seemed demanding and immature by comparison.
Her school schedule was supplemented with an intense dance regiment, and some light martial arts for greater physical discipline. Gradually, dance classes began to be replaced by more and more martial arts training. This seemed to please her brother, who had long been trying to instill in her an interest in self-defense. She found his efforts endearing, if unnecessary.

She's willful and partial to her freedom, with little patience for anyone who tries to control her. Her love expresses itself as subdued, but is enduring and undeniable. Although gifted with the natural grace of a social butterfly, she's never really more at home than when she's in the company of her brother. It had once been implied by a boy at school that her relationship with her sibling was something less than innocent. He received a black eye and a broken nose in reply.
