Feeling a little glum right now. sad
Actually, I've been wondering if I've been depressed without realizing it, I sleep so much these days. I feel like I walk around with a : l on my face. Then I sigh. Also, I'm totally feeling that Alicia Keys song, 'Try Sleeping with a Broken Heart'
Man, I listened to that while reading this manga the other night...totally had me in the corner with a blade. emo I kid, but it really made me sad.
Because I want to, I'm going to explain the story. So this guy, Dmitri(I'm only going to use his name once up here, so it'll be easier to keep track of in my head) basically got turned into a vampire. Not the bite your neck kind, either. The 'some kinda parasite plant that takes over human male corpses and spits up insects to devour the blood, then swallows them back down' kind. burning_eyes Oh em Gee, man. It's under horror for a reason. So he was this really great singer, who was trying to get big fast, and was bffs with this rich guy, who had a 16 year old fiance. gonk But they(vamp and jailbait) always loved each other, or something. Before the incident, anyway. He was killed in an accident, and was brought back as a vampire. He doesn't realize it of course, until people around him start dying. Then this other guy confronts him, and basically tells him what happened, and how he's the new vampire king, or something like that. He doesn't believe him at first, until he tests it out for himself. Apparently singing in some note will make anyone hearing it sacrifice themselves for him. So of course, he's horrified, and going to try to kill himself. The other guy told him the only way a vampire can die is by breeding with the woman they love. So he heads off to his friend's house, and they get into it. It gets real ugly and he ends up telling his friend to kill himself in that voice. Then he gets to see, before his very eyes, how he's been feeding. Barfing out spiders...augh. burning_eyes So he goes over to his friend's corpse, coming to the very real conclusion about what he is now, and the girl walks in. Of course she's freaked out, and he doesn't help by telling her to spread em. While he's trying to get her to do that, she pulls out a knife that her now dead fiance gave her to protect herself. Instead of stabbing him, she slices her own throat. So now he's completely freaked out, and runs back to the guy who told him everything. He begs him to save her in return for staying with him and becoming the new king. Idk. So he pulls out this funky tuning fork wrapped with thorns and stabs her. Apparently, as long as he, new king, is alive, she will be too, though her soul is long gone. Fast forward 100 years, a teacher and student are in a relationship, and the teacher is scared the boy's feeling will eventually change, so she wants to break it off. In the middle of their confrontation, they get into an accident. That's when Dmitri walks in and tells her the boy is going to die. Unless of course, they make a deal. Of course she agrees, and the deal is, if he saves him, then Dmitri can have her soul to do with as he pleases. Maan. So following all this, the teacher wakes up in the girl from 100 years ago's body.(that make sense? oh well) She doesn't know what to make of all of this, apparently in the 100 years, Dmitri's gathered all these other vampires, so that it kinda looks like a reverse harem thing going on. She's still confused, until she accidentally comes out while they're 'feeding'. Dmitri goes ahead and tells her then, basically, they're all going to have their turn with her, so they can make as many vampire babies as they can. Yaay~ Not really. He's like 'you promised, I know you won't go back on what you said' and she asks to see the kid he saved in return for all of this. Then he smiles this really bad smile, like you just know something worse is coming, and he's like 'Suuure~' And that was the last chap updated. I'm waiting on the edge of my seat, can you tell? =.=;;
So, my hours are finally being cut back at work. We still don't have enough people, but she's cut my hours. I do appreciate it, but I know it's gonna be tough work wise. Maybe it'll push me back on my feet. Plus, I'm so broke right now, I'm seriously considering bringing all that change I've got in so I can have some money til Friday.
