I wrote this poem for a special someone in my life that I can't help but miss everyday of my life. I wish I could still call them mine but I can't and its alright. I can live knowing that at least their having a happier life then what I could probably do.
Eyes like chocolate dreams
Hair black as the abyss
Lips as soft as rose petals
I used to think I could have them
But I couldn't for you were never truly mine
Pledging your love to her is good
At least I know your happy
Thats all I really wanted for you
Never will my love fade for you
It always bloom like flowers in spring
And I will always be here
To have a shoulder to cry on
Or someone to talk to and vent
Whatever the cause....
