When struggling with problems, it helps to:
- Tell someone you trust what's going on with you. I don't trust anyone, not even myself. - Be around people who are caring and positive. Ha ha ha ha.. oooo... - Ask someone to help you figure out what to do about a problem you're facing. The only person I know is myself and I can't even say I know myself. Hey ******** do you know about the problems we're facing. Sure do ********, I'm you. You are the problem. For now anyway. - Work with a therapist or counselor if problems are getting you down and depressed — or if you don't have a strong support network, or feel you can't cope. Does not compute.
