Wow...What a painful day yesterday was. First off, Aubrey, a fellow swim-mate, asked to be my partner in dryland (when we do exersise on land). I've heard from other people that she's a hossible dryland partner, but being the lacking-ability-to-hate person I am, I accepted. And thus Hell began...
I've never been hit in the face with a 20 pound medicine ball so many times in my life! I could swear I got brain damage After 30 min of hell with Aubrey, my hands were literally throbing. I thought I dislocated my finger -THANK GOD I DIDN'T- when I caught the damned ball. SHE THROWS SO ******** HARD AND FAST!! I envy her sooo much stare
So luckily I was saved by time (my physical therapy was at 5) but just bearly escaped alive only to experience...the massage of doom!
The physician-guy was nice (I forgot his name xp ) so we kept a conversation going the whole 2 hours. The only problem was the "does this hurt?" part...AND the massage. Other than that, all was good. The sonar wave-thingy was warm and that teeming up with the slick gel made my skin feel funky. No. I was NOT turned on, to all you pervs.
