Sakura is a 15-year old girl, who is half Japanese, half Irish. Her passport is Japanese. She is a, dare I say it, otaku, and is sometimes overly dramatic. She loves to smile, and is very enthusiastic about everything (except for classes). Her favorite color is pink, and has a certain fetish for things glittery and shiny and happy. She is a sentimental person, and is the second youngest in the group. Her hobbies include singing (especially when going to karaoke with her friends), baking, playing practical jokes, going to anime conventions, collecting figurines of her favorite anime characters, and drawing manga.
Relationships
She has a crush on Sono Kaname and has a best friend named Hikaru Hana, who is her age, and comes from Kamakura, Kanagawa; Sakura’s hometown (learn more about Kamakura and her family below). As well as being close to Hana, she is also quite close with Tomoko, Kohane, and Andou Tsubasa and Misaki Harada (who give her advice on Kaname and her feelings towards him).
About the Character
Sakura has quite a sweet tooth, tempted to eat anything which has the name “sugary” or “sweet” in its description. Her favourite colour is light carmine pink (a color similar to the color of her hair). Her dream is to become a kindergarten teacher, and live back in Kamakura, to help her mother at home and in her souvenir store.
She has a Technical Type Alice; Healing Music. Whenever she makes music of some type, it heals people, or makes them feel better. She thinks that this skill would be most useful in a video game, sometimes role-playing a fantasy RPG with other otaku’s in the Academy. She keeps that a secret from her friends, though. They might think she was weird.
Family and Home
Kamakura is a seaside town in the Kanagawa prefecture. When visiting home (which is not very often due to the Academy's preferences), she stays with her mother in their house above a souvenir shop which the family owns. Sakura never saw her father after he suddenly left the family when she was four. Due to this, Sakura is very close to her mother, and tells her everything whenever she gets the chance. She lives in front of the beach, so she has a love for all things watery.
Appearance
Sakura has literally strawberry red hair, which means that her hair isn't completely red, but is a mix of the two colors. Her eyes are moderately round and are green, with very short eyelashes. Sakura is a decent height, as she is about 5'0 feet, and weighs 48kg (around 109lbs). She wears more colorful and decorated outfits, like her friend Hana. Sakura never parts with a silver-chain necklace adorned with a small pink music note pendant, a control charm which she recieved from her father in the mail.
She is right-handed.

many people drew her hair orange before i made this thread. If you want to draw her hair orange, please do! it's your art. heck, i even draw her hair orange. But if you do, please try your best to add a little bit of a pink tint to it? It will make the art more accurate! even if you don't this is just a little tip つ＾ロ ＾)つ
