The serenity of the forest was indescribable. The inhabitants lived a peaceful, undisturbed lifestyle. Trees as large as modern day skyscrapers kept it away from the world beyond it's foilage, as if a barrier to those who wished for a secluded lifestyle. But man was a creature to grab and manifest it's own twisted designs in all. This forest was no exception for truly it held a gilded appearance. Unknown to it's populace, there was taint below the soft grass, even further below the very soil.

A large rupture would commence, shaking the very foundations of the peaceful forest. Trees that stood for quite literately hundreds of years would become unbalanced, crashing unexpectedly to the ground below. Large portions of the very earth these ancient giants threw upon would feel the hellfire of manmade explosions, blowing apart nature's design. Interiors could be seen, long metallic halls and various electronic signs could be witnessed to those who dared.

To gift the curious even further, the sound of human voices could be heard at quite the panicked level. "Call HQ, tell them it has escap-" A phrase seeming of so much importance, cut off by a ground shaking explosion. More voices could be deciphered by their volume, all containing wishes of evacuation and survival. Yet even more could be heard demanding their stay, to seal it off.

It was as if the people below were intwined for a play to the surface, dragging listeners ever so closer to the resolution of such a performance. By the will of one creature, it was given. A giant hill, one of an odd placement within the forest began to shake. Near the center of unexplained hellfire was it's location. Standing tall, every portion seeming like it was built without flaw, with perfect symmetry. Like all curious acts of entertainment, it had to end. The hill would explode, sending chunks of foliage and metal in it's violent wake. Surely such a spectacle would force one to flee, or at the least cover the sensitive eyes.

As the wreckage became calm, the explosions had ceased. From once a hill was now a smoking tunnel, that seemed to travel ever so deeply into the very depths of the earth. At first glance, nothing would be seen. But an outstretched hand, one covered in grim and various cuts, was grasping hold of the grassy border. Another would be lent to aid the cause, of dragging this creature from this seemingly bottomless pit. A head, complimenting a pair of hands. Wild, untamed raven hair adorned it's scalp, dull metal shaded orbs staring to the sight of the forest, or what was left of it. Slowly the hands would come to drag it further, revealing a human form. It was adorned with various bandages, blood evident on the white wraps. He seemed to sport a very odd outfit, a interesting jumpsuit to be precise. It seemed to match the darkened irises of the creature, with various teal colored lines shooting down in a vertical manner.

A voice would be heard from such a creature, it crawling upon the remants of the forest floor. "Damage Limit exceeded.. Activating Rest Mode." A tone that sounded so human, but lacked it's emotion, and resembled the mindset of a machine. All at once, the creature that had seemed to survive so much, stopped. It's eyes had shut closed, and it's crawling coming to a cease. It seemed to collapse upon the ground, yet unlike it's machine like qualities, a rising of it's chest could be seen to those who have dared this violent, fear-inspiring event.
