Yes. The key word is organization. I am known to be organized but I am wanting to be even more organized. Only a few weeks of school left and a few weeks to do whatever I can to make it in the Air Force. My buddie, Kaz, made me feel like I needed to be more organized. One of her journal entries inspired me. The two things I am working on is the mind and body.
Mind:
School work, ASVAB, and OCD isssues are at hand. My school work will be studied and completed as soon as a I get it. That would reduce stress by passing it on for later. I received a ASVAB practice test book from my brother-in-law. I haven't worked in it yet, but I may open in the middle of May. I plan on contacting a recruiter in the middle of May as well. My OCD is usually surrounded with hand washing. xD So I will sing the "Happy Birthday" song to cut down the time I'm washing my hands.
Body:
I created a new exercise program so it will be much easier to handle. It takes about 15-20 minutes and I will do it everyday. I broke each part of the exercise into 3 parts that I can spread throughout the day.
-3 x 20 Push ups
-3 x 60 Jumping Jacks
_______________________After Breakfast
-5min Jog
-2 x 30 Sit ups
_______________________After Snack
-3 x 10 Body lifts
-3 x 60 Punches
-3min Dancing
_______________________After Dinner
I also increased 200 more calories in my diet. I was about 130 and I am now down to 128, so I need to get those pounds back. I want my weight to be around 130-135. Hopefully the 4 meals a day and exercise throughout the day will kick my metabolism even faster.
Hopefully this plan will help my life stay more organized, flexible, and less stressful.
