These are just some of the goals I really want to work on lately.
1. If I'm upset, instead of getting emotional I want to talk out my problems in a calm manner instead of exploding and making everyone angry at me. .__.
2. To lose some weight so I feel better about myself so I stop being so jealous all the time and putting myself down. /fatass
3. To show people I care about them; especially those that I don't show my appreciation to that often. I want to do more random acts of kindness.
I'm going to start there and I'm going to see where it goes. Three goals is a lot and I'm not sure I'll be able to stick to all of them, although I sure as hell am going to try.
