So I gotta look fresh for the bae when she comes down to visit. That being said, here are my goals (i.e. things I'm going to do the next week to shed some lbs).
Drink a capful of apple cider vinegar daily. Do the Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge daily. Incorporate more fiber (i.e. black beans, strawberries, apples, quinoa, carrots, broccoli) Drink a water every time you have a break at work.
