*sigh*
Things have not been the same since my co-worker Vasudha left. I guess it all started on Monday last week. My boss told me that Vasudha was getting married and will be leaving Sage computing on Friday. So I had to make the arrangements for a farewell pizza party.

I asked her what her thoughts about all this was. She said it was rather sudden even though she and her fiance both saw it coming, just... not so soon. (I thought if anyone was going to leave first I thought it was going to be men sweatdrop ) She was telling me that her marraige is in April and that she's leaving friday to move out to Texas. She showed me a picture of the guy (he's pretty good looking if I do say so myself). I asked her what she thinks of the guy "He's great!" she says with enthusiasm, that does reassure me to some extent, that it isn't a total random person that she doesn't like. By the end of the week she got a job there all set up and set to go.

So the day of the party came and we ate pizza and shared fond memories of working with her. She in turn gave us a long needed toaster, heh something to remember by. I guess if anyone uses it or heck sees it they'd think of her... I know I do *sigh* sweatdrop .

Now I'm here having my lunches by myself... just so quiet without her around. Work got a bit more boring, I'm just glad my fiance got me a shuffle for V-day or I'd fall apart due to the silence stabbing me.

But I guess life goes on.. and people move in and out of our lives... but sometimes it can be hard. But hey maybe it's for the best.
