[size=9]The [b]Defensive Maneuver Division's[/b] main purpose is to stop and eliminate any target that [b]attempts[/b] to threaten the safety and peace of the Soul Society, before they cause any more damage.

After being processed and tested in the Squad 11 Application and Transfer Center, you will be told to report to the Captain's office, who will assign you your rank and team mates, and who will also sit down and go over with you any questions or concerns you may have.
Once finished, the Captain may dismiss you, in which you case you can now roam free through out the Squad!
We pride ourselves in being a very active Squad, so there's plenty to do here. You can enjoy everything from; taking a dip at the Squad 11 Pool and Spa resort, or heading out to eat with your friends at the Squad 11 Kobe Bar & Restaurant, were only the finest food and drinks are served. After dinner, retire back to your barracks, or, visit the rest of the Soul Society, where they have plenty of games, training simulations, and sparring battles for you to enjoy.

Not interested in any of that? Then get to know other Squad members, or perhaps, the Captains themselves! Every Captain welcomes you to their squad, but remember, utmost respect is needed when in their presence. [/i]
