Chapter: 5.3 - 880s Point of View.

You were in your room in the 80th floor of the Citadel. You were worrying about 720 and Lance. They’ve seem to be going places and returning happy, no one in Lambda corp. goes somewhere in Sector 17 and returns happy. You got up and started to head to 720s room on the 50th floor. You knocked on the door and waited, there was no answer. You knocked again “It’s me, 880, can you open up?” you asked, but there was no reply. You quickly reached into your pocket and pulled out a small key-cracker. You used it on the door and it open, no one was inside. You quickly ran down the hall to a window and saw 720 and lance, entering the forbidden forest.

“What’s going on 880?” you heard a voice ask. You turned around and saw Unit 909. “720 is gone, I’m worrying about her, even though she has a dragon son to protect her.” you say. You slowly stepped away from the window and started to head back to your room. 909 followed. “what are you doing?” he asked. “I’m going to go look for 720 and Lance, I’ll call when I find her.” You say. You opened your closet and reached in for an MP-90 (modified P-90 to have a grenade launcher and laser sighting). “I don’t think you need a weapon to find 720, she does have that dragon.” he said.

“I know, it’s where she went is why I need this weapon.” you said. You quickly geared up and loaded your weapon and headed out the door.

------Bottom Floor------

You quickly ran and used your key-cracker to pass through detection. You stopped for a moment to look up at the forbidden forest, a place no unit was aloud to enter, bore have they ever returned. You started slowly to walk in the direction she walked.

“Why am I doing this? Risking my life to worry about 720. But… I can’t think like that, she’s a friends, even though I’m about half her age. Plus she’s the only one who knows about the Special Infected unit: 360.” You were lost in your thoughts and questions.

“What if the Lambda Corporation finds out about this? She and I will be put to trial for Disobeying a permanent code to stay away from the Forbidden forest till order to go in. I want all my memories, if we are sent to trial for this and found guilty, we’ll be sent to the Citadel to be Brain washed by the Memory Replacement devices.”

The memory replacement device was a pod-like device that hold units and attaches some strange mask and feeds off there memories and replaces them with new ones. These devices made the nits be renewed and refreshed to work with Lambda Corp. again. 880 was deep in his thought and worries until he heard voices, he quickly hid and peaked out to see 720 and lance.

“Shh lance….something’s out there, and it isn’t your father” 720 said.

‘Lance’s Father? Isn’t 360 his father? Unless…..’ You stared, you saw a figure but wasn’t ready for a battle. You quickly started to climb a tree and loaded your weapon. You looked again and a Silver dragon was hovering over what looked like a naga….You couldn’t really hear what they were saying until you saw the bigger silver start to sniff the air. You quickly jumped down to run but the silver dragon quickly pounced on you.

“GAH! HELP ME! GE-GET- GIT IT, GET IT OFF ME!” you yelled, you couldn’t use your weapon because it was thrown when you fell from the dragons pounce. You looked up at the bigger dragon in fear, which grew even more because you saw it lick his lips.

‘Oh god!, is this how it ends? Eaten by a dragon’? you thought. The dragon opened its maw and slowly came closer. Then, out of nowhere A claw came and smacked the bigger dragon ,it was Lance. He had his teeth and claws bared and growling.

“What’s wrong?” the dragon asked.. “880 is a friend of mom and me, I can’t let you hurt him.” Lanced said. The dragon looked at Lance oddly. “You stand up to your father to protect someone, that’s my boy” the older dragon said, Nuzzling Lance.

‘Father? 3-360?” you thought. The bigger dragon got off you and allowed you to stand up then 720 came over, with an angry look. “What are you doing here? Why are you following me?!” she asked. “I saw you go into the forbidden forest, so I followed you and…. Is that you ..selina?” You looked away from 720 and looked at the Naga, it was Selina. You pushed 720 aside and selina tilted her head. “Do I know you?” she asked.

“It’s me, 880. Your friend back when you were being tested on back at Lambda Test Chambers, I was the one who treated you with a different manner.” you said, hoping it would come clear to her. She slowly slither up to you and gave you a hug. “Oh how I’ve missed you, I thought I would never see you again!” she said, hugging with tight arms and coils. “I…. missed… you…too” you tried to gasp out.
