Lucey was born and raised in England, her father English but her mother French. She has always been a sweet and charming girl, but always looked down upon by her grandparents. Thing is, Lucey was never supposed to be born. Her father met her mother on a business trip just after he was forced into a marriage. Love consumed them and there came Lucey, her grandparents ashamed, sent her mother away and to this day she has never seen her.
Now comes her seventeenth birthday and something tragic as well. During her celebration the house caught on fire, and though she was saved, her father and step mother were not. Now being sent over to the States, Lucey is now going to live with her mother as stated by her father's will along with a few other things, and beginning a new life.
