Back Story: A man known as "The Scientist" creates a concoction that when mixed with rain water cures cancer. After multiple successful tests on animals he sends the substance into clouds and the following rain(dubbed Bio Rain) in small doses cures cancer but prolonged exposure to skin mutates the cells turning humans into monstrosities or shreds the skin of the exposed body. Tools such as Umbrellas deflect the rain for a unknown amount of time but slowly degenerate, and thick clothing only slows the contact. A week after the first rainfall a teenager known only as "The Girl" heads out into the rain to find a rumoured safe zone after her recently deceased mother was murdered by her own hands.
Certain enemies can only be killed by certain Tools, using the wrong tool on an enemy will likely mean certain death for "The Girl".

Mutants:
Golem- Giant partially petrified man or woman.
Weakness is Shotgun. Shoot a shell at the top cracked section then at the lower one to dispatch.
Moxy: Elongated Neck and 2 strips of spikes going from back of head to feet.Spits Bio Rain blasts.
Weakness is ???.
Valkerie: Face only has a mouth rest is burned white. Hands turned to razors. Skin and muscle melted from back of legs.
Weakness is Spear. Impale as it jumps ontop of you.
Wolverine: Furry. Low to ground, In packs. Kills victim by jumping on and ripping them apart with fangs.
Weakness is Sword. Cut them in half diagonally as they jump at you.

Seems like a more Strategic L4D, except with a story and specific weapon targets!
And if its for Wii, It would truely be interesting to have hand motions for wielding weapons, like a thrust for the spear, and vertical mottion for sword slash. 3nodding
And the Sientist is deceased? Than how will they solve the mystery of the Bio Rain! D:
Is there a cure or anything, or is it mainly a survival thing?
All in all, I say, VERY Intresting concept! 3nodding
