So, you think that alchemy is real? I got news for you...
It's not!
Alchemy is magic. And magic doesn't exist.
I see Fullmetal Alchemist has really made you believe that alchemy could be real, when in fact, it can't because it can't be proven. When you come up with some real proof, or maybe even some sense, PM me.
Weren't you paying
any attention at all to what we had been saying earlier?!
mad *sends a pm* I think the sites I'm providing will provide more than enough proof for you ingornant people. Honestly, if you're going to state something like 'alchemy isn't real', you should atleast do the research to back it up. Which you can't, since alchemy
was real.
First of all,
alchemy was not magic. It was a real science used by ancient philosophers, and it resembled an early form of chemistry. In fact, alchemy was basically the father of modern science. I think
you're the one who's had your brains altered by FMA... in Fullmetal Alchemist, alchemy was changed to more of a magical power instead of a science. It made the storyline much more interesting that way. But you
will find many real alchemical principals in the show, appearing as main themes such as "equivalent exchange" or the "conservation of mass". Izumi's phrase "All is one, one is all" also came from ancient alchemic text. Even some of the symbolism in FMA, such as the design on the back of Ed's jacket or the tattoo that the homonculi possess, originated from real alchemic symbols.
If any of you other people out there want the sites that I just sent to Pixi4Life, here they are:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alchemyhttp://www.levity.com/alchemy/home.htmland here is another one, that I forgot to send to Pixi4Life, but it's basically the content of the above sites condensed into a shorter article.
http://articles.theotaku.com/view.php?action=retrieve&id=1577If all this isn't more than efficient proof for all of you, do a google search. Or get serious help.
*end of rant* I'm sorry, but I despise ingorant fools who think they know everything when they actually have something completely wrong.
