Can we simply frolic in this night?
Can we simply lift our smiles and eyes to the sky,
Spin in endless cycles until the stars fade into light,
Falling down when our feet can no longer turn right,
Lay there laughing, with no end in sight?
Would it be so wrong, or right,
To simply frolic in this night?
Can we stay in love like this?
Can we see the world in each others eyes,
Living life from moment to moment, kiss to kiss,
In each others arms, not caring what we miss,
Completely carefree in this bliss?
Wrong is it to only wish,
To stay in love like this?
Can there only be us here?
Can there be only us in this life,
Nothing but our hands, our hearts, our fears,
Only our laughter, our smiles, and our tears,
