It's raining so hard I can't see out my window right now.
Although it was sunny the rest of the day. Odd.
The band concert was okay last night. We played a few pieces with another band. The flute who sat next to me spent most of the time complaining about the trials of being a music educator, and I sympathized. I saw a buck with a rather nice rack driving in. Usually I just see does (when I see deer at all, which isn't often), so this was pretty cool.
I also read the first volume of Honey Hunt yesterday, which a girl in band lent me. It was okay - typical shoujo. It seemed cute, and I might grow to like it once I get more into the story/characters.
Work was okay - had an OBB appointment, etc. My mom and I have been having a decent political discussion via e-mail. I'm trying hard not to be apathetic about politics, I really am. They just leave a bad taste in my mouth.
