Gentle Praise to the Sun
The caress of the sun and the scent of marigold warms my soul
Within a moment, peace and calm envelops me
A smile comes to my face and I pause in my step…
To give thanks to the sun and to the flower
Such a tender and light breeze dances across my skin
And my ka becomes light once more.
