hey-hey everybuddie! welcome to another episode of "Let Me Waste Your Time" hosted by yours truely! rofl this is now my sixth entry here!
today is 8/28/2010... it's now 11:13 pm... and now i'm disappointed cuz i missed 11:11...
last night, i went to sleep at around 2:50 am... as a result, i woke up at frickin 2:13 pm lol so no breakfast for me! i started with lunch instead. i had a bowl of rice mixed with vienna sausages. i know some of you out there are probably saying "ew, gross!" but this a normal meal for me. as a kid, if there was nothing to eat in the house, my gramma would crack open a can of that stuff, microwave it, then give it to me to eat with rice and sometimes corn! although, when i think about it, it is kinda gross... vienna sausages are made with mystery meat, which means that you dont know what animal you're eating and you don't know what PART of the animal you're eating... -gags- makes me wonder why i keep eating it... it's actually pretty good!
i wore my pajamas for the entire day... which is pretty much an oversized t-shirt and short-shorts... i only wear these pj's in the summer tho... i don't like to wear shorts in public... mainly cuz i hate my legs... xp (i inherited my dad's chicken legs and ugly knees sad )
after a small anount of time after lunch, i ate some dibs ice cream and some apple pie. then i went on Facebook then on Gaia.
while i was on Gaia, my mom came back from the church with music for my flute. i play my flute in church for the choir! blaugh i'm not very good, but i try my best! this is gonna be the second time i preform! i really do hope i don't mess up this time... last time, i was so nervous about messing up, i kinda squeaked on a note... gonk i don't think anyone noticed, but it spooked me so bad, i squeaked a few more times... gonk gonk gonk my friend Jessica (who is a freshman in college and also plays flute) told me that the first day is always nerve-racking, but you'll get used to it. so i hope i don't get so nervous this time... sweatdrop
it's a good thing we have choir rehearsals on saturdays, that way, it helps me get ready for the actual thing on sundays! i was supposed to have rehearsal for church tonight from 6:30 pm to 8 pm, but my mom had another community service party to attend tonight. i didn't have to go, cuz she thought i would be bored anyways (and she's right 3nodding ).
before mom could go get ready for the party, she needed the computer, so i logged off Gaia and Facebook, went upstairs into my room and played Kingdom Hearts on my dsi.
after about 10 minutes, mom asked me to help her pick out an outfit. the party had a hawaiian theme (my mom goes to a lot of community service club parties and 75% of the time, it's hawaiian themed... you'd think she would already have an outfit for this... stare ). she showed me what she thought she could wear; a red shirt that said "Hawaii" on it and a skirt that looked like it was splatter-painted. neutral obviously, it wasn't hawaiian-y, so i suggested she wear a green dress with shells all around the waist, an unbuttoned shirt that had hawaiian flowers printed on it, and some shell necklaces and earings. now THAT was more of an hawaiian outfit! mrgreen
my mom, dad, and gramma were all done getting ready after about an hour. once they were all in the car, they drove off, leaving me home alone with my cat for the next 5 hours! blaugh WOO! i luvs being home alone sometimes! tho, it does get kinda lonely... and there isn't really much i CAN do... i'm not allowed to invite friends over, but i can eat anything i want from the fridge and use the computer whenever i want without someone yelling at me! xd it would be nice to have friends over that i could talk to, but i have facebook and Gaia for that, so it's all good! 3nodding
pretty much all i did was eat chocolate mousse cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory (it's sooooooooo good...), listen to music, and stay on the computer.
on Gaia, i posted a bit in the guild i joined (see entry #1), talked to some friends, zomg a little, tell some more flirty guys to f*** the h*** off, and hang in the video lounge a bit.
in the guild, they are going to be having a little homecoming thingy on september 3rd-6th! (im not sure if i can attend tho... cry ) they wanted some music suggestions, so i posted the music i suggested. Every Time We Touch by Cascada is an awesome song to dance to, wouldn't you agree? 3nodding
other than Facebooking and Gaia... ing... i decided to re-watch the anime Chobits. here's a not-so-random fact about me: i used to be an otaku (anime and manga freak to those of you who don't know). in elementary school, i became an otaku!
some of you out there are wondering "why aren't you an otaku now?". well, in elementary school, i was considered the "weird" and "unpopular" kid... and just about everything i did was considered "stupid" or "uncool"... that included watching anime and reading manga... i wanted to be one of the "popular" and "normal" kids, so i became an ex-otaku (if that's even a word).
in late 5th grade/early middle school, i tried to become an otaku again. but my mom wouldn't let me go on youtube and she wouldn't let me read anything "suspicious" in the bookstore (to her, manga is suspicious... pffft... rolleyes ). i tried to watch Bleach, Death Note, and Inuyasha on Adult Swim and Naruto and sometimes One Piece on Toonami, but i wasn't allowed to stay up very late... so i just gave up... i knew it would be impossible to go back to being an otaku... when most of my current friends realized i used to be an anime-manga freak (most of my friends are freaks too... and i use the word freak in a nice way), they tried to get me to watch anime and read manga again. but i told them i couldn't, cuz it would feel strange to me...
but now my mom is getting old and becoming a little more easy-going with rules. so now i can go on youtube to watch videos that have nothing to do with homework! now that my desire to become an otaku is back, i decided to watch Chobits again. sadly, i don't think i can fully be an otaku, now that OneManga has been shut down... -sobs lots- and i never have time to go the bookstore... -sobs more- so i guess i'll just stick to being an anime-freak... i can live with that! biggrin
okai, time to transition from my horrible past to the not-so-amazing present. so after a few hours of nonstop computer, i decided to eat dinner; a microwave dinner that was spaghetti with meatsauce... i ate about 3/4's of it before it got cold and i threw it out.
then i logged back into Gaia and Facebook. didn't do much important for a bit besides debate on wether or not i should be a part of my friend's idea for this rp story thingy... i might be a part of it... idk atm...
then my family finally got back home. mom needed my help to create this september newsletter thingy for one of her community service clubs, so i did that. then i felt tired, so i decided to start this entry.
well... that's about it... holy fudge-pop, it's already 1:02 am?! eek wow... i guess i got really destracted watching Chobits... lol well, i gots my preformance tomor- urk... i mean... today, so i better go now... nightie-nights! See ya! ~♪
