my world lights on fire
and wow
it's too good to be true
but it continues on
and i cannot bear
to think what could have happened
as i know it won't
this goes around in circles
growing stronger every day
and now i know
that what they say
is true
that no matter
what others believe
that love prospers
with distance
and shall not
die away
