-Panel(s) that cover grommets and lacing will have a zipper to fully hide

-Line with white fabric
-place elastic around wrist so it flares out a bit
Boots
-Make shoe covers
-same fabric as dress, line with white
Sleeves, Collar, Garter
-Take strip of fabric
-Line with felt
-(for sleeves) make fabric larger and scrunch up, sew elastic on
-(for garter) similar to sleeves, don't make the fabric larger and scrunch.
-(for collar) take strip of fabric, line with felt, add charm (make out of clay) and use snaps.
Prop
Bow
(not sure what materials yet)
-decorate with clay and paint
Arrow
-Get wooden dowel.
-Make ends with clay
-Make heart jewels out of resin/alternative
