Helloooooooooooo Gaia! ~♪ 4laugh How ish you all tonight? This ish my twentieth entry here! Woohoo! This is such awesomesauce! xd ...
Today is 9/26/2010... It is 9:31pm... And I have this MAJOR craving for chocolate right now... –goes off to find a bag of chocolates-
Today was my third performance in the church today! mrgreen I wore a dressy purple top that had flowers on it, some faded-blue jeans, my pendant and my angel earrings. After getting changed, I toasted two waffles for breakfast. I had a little bit of time before we had to leave, so I logged onto Gaia and Facebook for a couple minutes.
Our mass starts at 10:30am, but I had to get there slightly early to set up my flute and tune it. Jessica arrived several minutes after I did. We talked about my band’s field show and how quickly things are coming along! biggrin I didn’t see Melinda at church today though... sad
Our performance went by pretty quickly for me! And I didn’t mess up as much as before! Yay me! -claps- xd Some people, who haven’t met me yet, said hi to me and told me how wonderful the flutes sounded today! blaugh As I went to go find my parents, I saw my mom talking with this one lady. They were talking about how there were more instrumentalists than singer in the choir! It’s true! We had two flute players, three violin players, three guitarists, and two pianists! There were only about seven singers! rofl
Then we headed back home so my dad could take a quick nap while my mom, my gramma, and I went to go to my aunt’s house to pick up grampa. While we were at the house, I had time to eat a small snack of cookies, but not enough time for lunch sad
After we had picked up grampa, we had to go shopping for groceries at this place called the Commissary. (You need a military ID to get in) While we were looking for our stuffs, some guys who worked at the place were talking to my mom. Each conversation went kinda like this:
Worker dude: Excuse me ma’am?
Mom: Yes sir?
Worker dude: Hi. Is that your daughter/granddaughter? -points at me-
Mom: Why, yes she is.
Worker dude: How old is she?
Mom: She’s sixte—
Me: Fifteen, Mom...
Mom: Whoops! I mean fifteen!
Worker dude: Oh! Well, she is very pretty! She looks like a model. She has the body of one too... -looks at me creepily-
Me: o.O -backs away slowly-
While I do appreciate the compliments, I don’t really like middle-aged men staring at my body... -shivers in fear- >______<
Some things that I bought for myself was some candy, some cookies, chocolate milk, a few frozen dinners, canned pasta (PASTAAAAAAAAAA...~♪ xd lawlz, Hetalia is an awesome anime mrgreen ), and new shampoo & conditioner. -does a hair flip- hair like this doesn’t just happen you know wink
Once we got home, I helped put away some groceries and nommed on some of my candy. I wasn’t able to do much, cuz I had my Sunday class to go to. Before I had to go, me and Zac talked on the phone for a bit... something we haven’t done in a while... -sniff- I really missed hearing the sound of his voice and it made me really happy to hear it again... :’)
Oh, I should probably explain my Sunday classes. Since I go to church, I need to attend this thingy called Faith Formation. It’s a bunch of classes I will have to take on a certain day each week. During those classes, we will be doing a bunch of activities to understand our faith and religion better.
Since today is the first day, we did a few ice-breaker games. Then we went into small groups to introduce ourselves. There were 4 other people in the group (all of whom were dudes) and we had a group facilitator. (who was also a dude) We worked on a worksheet that had questions like: “What are your hopes and expectations for this year?” and “Who inspires you with his/her faith?” and stuff like dat :p I was chosen to present one of my answers to the entire class. I don’t do so well with presenting in front of crowds though... I really nervous and stutter a lot... sweatdrop
Once class ended, me and Kim (she’s in my class! Yays!) talked about random stuffs before we had to go find our parents. I found my dad’s car and then we went home.
I took a quick shower once I got home. Dinner was a Filipino dish called chicken adobo. (chicken stew is the best way I can describe it. It a very yummy dish! 3nodding )
After dinner, mom made me work on a newsletter thingy again... :p I was alternating between the newsletter and typing up my journal entry... which explains why I took so long to finish it sweatdrop
Well, it’s 10:50pm nows and my mom is yelling at me to go to sleep =_________= well, I am getting kinda tired, I guess I should goes then... buh-bai my lovely buddies! See ya next time! ~♪
