* Presidential hopeful, Governor Haley Barber of Mississippi wants you to know segregation wasn't that bad. Guess what party he's a member of, go on guess. bonus points for guessing his colour.
* McCain is threatening to stop the START treaty to punish Congress for repealing DADT. "Country First" my a**.
* They are threatening to refuse to raise the Debt Ceiling next Spring. After all, the U.S. government defaulting on it's debt and possibly crashing the world economy only hurts ordinary people, not the top 2% richest who have so much nothing can touch them any more.
* I haven't the heart to explain what bank of America is up to with the consumer fraud situation, but suffice to say, there's seriously evil stuff going on over there.
* The health care Bill for 9/11 heroes will cut the deficit by 57 billion by also closing a tax loop hole.
* According to the Republicans, there is no time to debate the START treaty. After all, they've only had it in hand since Summer. Yet somehow, there is plenty of time to give shout outs to their family members. I have an idea, why not bring up any objections they have to the treaty instead of doing shout out time.
* How sappy is it, that I wept a few tears during the Rachel Maddow DADT repeal special?
