Behind the Truth Part 3
It has been five days and still no sign of Yuwae.... Me and Rin are a bit worried but then again it hasn't been the first time he's disappeared. We had to leave the safety of the cave.. It was a bit nerve racking not knowing what was around the corner... I sighed deeply and looked at Rin he was in his older form "your to tall....i'd tell you to carry me but......Im not lazy" I said giggling as i ran ahead. Rin laughed and chuckled "Oh but Yashi-chan im still your little brother" he said and chased after me. A few minutes later we stopped at a river bed to rest and have a snack "ok so according to the maps we're about an hour away or maybe..2 hours...i don't know where like 4 miles away from the next town so i so we make a run for it.." I said as my voice trailed. Rin frowned "I think we should take it slow i mean we have no idea what's waiting for us we can't just run into unknown territory..." he said softly. I sighed deeply adn nodded "Alright lets go with your plan...be on your guard" Rin nodded and we finished eating adn drinking our water then packed everything up. We both jumped over the River i barely made it got my damn shoes wet... Oh well. Soon we were in the forest not following the path as usual what was the point of following a path that could just lead you into a trap. Then it hit me i stopped and looked at Rin i whispered "I think we're falling into a trap...I mean...we never ever follow a path...and um..." Rin cut me off and nodded we smoothly walked to the path and followed it being good little kids soon we both smirked as we walked passed a group of people who were waiting for us we silently walked passed them luckily they didn't have any view of the path. Soon we were out of the forest and in the town walking in we got smiles and nods so far everyone seemed nice. Me and Rin walked to a Tavern and looked at each other shrugging we walking and looked around then a very familiar face looked up from his drink. "Daddy!" we both said. Yuwae looked up and grinned standing up he caught both of us in his arms and held us tight. "Daddy! where have you been!" i whimpered into Yuwae's neck. Rin had some how shifted into his real form and was snuggling into Yuwae smiling happily which made me happy. Yuwae sighed softly "Alright some how i knew you two would find me so i got a bedroom for the three of us come on you two must be starving" he said and carried both of us up stairs to the Inn part and to his room walking in he set up down on a bed adn stood in front of us "Ok so..when those men caught us and was about to take us back...After you two got out of there i managed killing most of them some retreated but i knew reinforcements were there so i ran into the opposite direction of you two and no one followed you to thinking you guys would just be eaten although i knew better then that.. so after i lost them well by killing most of them i still stayed far away from you two and ended up finding this town After talking to the mayor he sent new around the town about you two so everyone would be welcoming... and well now you two are here..." he smiled happily and kissed both out head. Yuwae is only 18 but he seems much older having been put in charge of us when we were born which made him like 10 years old when we came into the picture.... But that is for an entire different time... Me and Rin were both eating out meals and soon we were done. I yawned and Rin was sound asleep. Rubbing my eyes sleepily i looked up at Yuwae who was chuckling at us "yo two are so cute...alright time for bed" he said sending me to the bathroom where i brushed my teeth. Rin was still out cold so Yuwae didn't want to wake him up and deal with a cranky crying fit. Soon i was changing into clean pajamas a nice lady sent us they were made of silk so it was extra soft. I helped Yuwae change Rin and put him in his bed. I padded up the floor with blankets and pillows just in case Rin fell off although he was getting better. Soon i was all snuggled into bed smiling. Yuwae came and kissed my forehead and smiled "I was so worried about both of you...but now..we're together.. now get some sleep when you wake up ill be here if not in the room ill be down stairs in the kitchen... Now sleep" he said softly and turned off the light and locked the bedroom door and window he got into his bed and i smiled happily "night daddy" "night dear sweet dreams" sweet dreams to you too~" i said softly and sleepily.. Soon i was engulfed in darkness and was sound asleep....
