Once upon a time, there was a criminal that would tickle people in order to distract them while pickpocketing the victim. This criminal became pretty infamous, as that is the fate of popular villains, and one of his victims put one of his tickles in a pickle jar to serve as evidence. Unfortunately, he forgot to remove the pickling juice and it pickled. This caused it to be called distorted evidence and did not help in court. Angered by this ignoring of the tickle's origin, it decided to get revenge. The tickle worked its way up through the social system and became the ruler. This gets us to now, where the tickle is dressed up to lead an attack.
