Ok so here's my count for today not so healthy as Ive got art class today and had to grab lunch at work. Theres not many low calorie options. But yesterday was worse as my BF ended up taking me out for dinner and even with trying to be good I ended up at around 2000cal for the whole day. (which would be my normal intake if I wasnt trying to lose weight) So hopeful it wont make me put on any weight.
Breakfast-
Brown bread and peanut butter =140
Lunch=
Stirfry noodles and veg= 384
Twix= 286
Dinner= Sushi avacardo, salmon and tuna=600
Total is 1410. Depending if i have another snack today or not. if i do itll be a extra 100 cal so total will be 1510.
