Wooo day 3 of counting calories again, yesterday I ate less then stated as by the time I had sushi for dinner at 10pm. I wasn't that hungry so ended up eating only half of it, so that was a extra 300 calories. Today seems to be a very low calories day for me so far.
Breakfast-
1 slice of brown bread and peanut butter =140
Lunch-
1 cup of tomato soup and 1 slice of brown bread =185
1 cup of melon =40
Dinner-
Teriyaki salmon with stir fry vegetables and noodles =465
Snacks-
Fibre 1 bar =100
Mini cheese crackers =100
Light cheese triangle =25
Options hot chocolate =40
2 mini chocolates =100
Total today is 1195 calories. I may add to this later but most likely not.
